Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your haenomi subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your local project files remain on your device
- Structural metadata remains available in read-only mode
- No further charges will be made
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
- Technical failure: The application fails to launch or is fundamentally unusable on your device
- Billing error: You were charged incorrectly or charged after cancellation
- Within 7 days: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, no questions asked
Partial Refund (Case-by-case)
- Extended service outages affecting your ability to use cloud features
- Significant feature removal without prior notice
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after the 7-day window
- Dissatisfaction with analysis results or scores
- Failure to cancel before renewal date
- Unused subscription time after voluntary cancellation (access continues until period ends)
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@haenomi.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We will respond within 2 business days
Approved refunds are processed via LemonSqueezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
4. Free Trial
The 14-day free trial does not require payment information. No refund is needed — if haenomi isn't right for you, simply don't subscribe when the trial ends. Your local project files remain accessible in read-only mode.
